The County of Perth intends to undertake the capital reconstruction of Perth Line 55 from Road 164 (Hwy. 23) Monkton, to Road 144 and the surface rehabilitation of Line 53 (West Perth) from Perth Road 180 to Road 164 (Hwy. 23). Perth Line 55 is a Class 3 County Road with a 2020 AADT of approximately 2000VPD. The project limits are approximately 6.8km in length, with approximately 625m consisting of an urban or semi-urban cross-section, the remaining being a rural cross-section. Engineered drawings relating to the installation of approximately 450m of mountable curb and gutter, and associated stormwater structures and sub-surface pipes in the Village of Monkton are included within this tender package. The Municipality of North Perth intends to reconstruct approximately 300m2 of sidewalk within the Village of Monkton within the Right-of-Way of Perth Line 55. The County will be administering this work on behalf of the Municipality of North Perth under this contract. Line 53 is a local (Municipality of West Perth) road, with the project limits consisting of approximately 8km of a rural road cross-section. The County will be administering this work on behalf of the Municipality of West Perth under this contract. |
