The County of Perth intends to undertake the capital reconstruction of Perth Road 121 from Perth Line 72E (Millbank), to Perth Line 86; the resurfacing of Line 67 (Perth East) from Perth Road 131 to Road 116, and approximately 500m of Line 83 (Perth East) in the Village of Hesson. The County of Perth also intends to rehabilitate bridge structure 121126 which is located within the project limits of Perth Road 121 reconstruction. Perth Road 121 is a Class 3 County Road with a 2018 AADT of approximately 2500VPD. The project limits are approximately 10.5km in length, with approximately 350m consisting of an urban or semi-urban cross-section, the remaining being a rural cross-section. Engineered drawings relating to the installation of approximately 350m of mountable curb and gutter, and associated stormwater structures and sub-surface pipes in the Village of Millbank are included within this tender package. The Township of Perth East intends to reconstruct approximately 500m of urban cross-section in the Village of Hesson, the rural resurfacing of approximately 7.25km of Line 67, and the surface paving of Yost Court and the Fire Station parking lot in Milverton. The County will be administering this work on behalf of the Township of Perth East under this contract. Structure 121126 is a concrete ridged frame bridge which requires concrete repair work to its abutment and parapet walls and soffit. Engineered drawings are provided. |
