The Corporation of the County of Perth invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the role of a Municipal By-law Enforcement Officer for the Perth County Tree Injury By-law and professional weed and tree inspector for both public and private property properties. The successful proponent will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying issues, providing recommendations, and documenting findings in accordance with applicable legislation, municipal bylaws, and industry best practices.

The Corporation of the County of Perth will only consider proposals submitted by qualified individuals or firms that will directly provide the required services. Proposals submitted by staffing agencies, recruitment agencies, or other third-party placement agencies will not be accepted or considered. The successful proponent must be able to directly provide the personnel and services outlined in this request.
