Description:  The County of Perth along with the Municipalities of North Perth, West Perth, Perth East, and Perth South are soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to peer review the 2014 Service Delivery Study in order to update the information, make recommendations and develop an implementation action plan.
The shared services and service delivery options are in reference to studies that the County and member municipalities undertook in the past, specifically the 2008 report on shared services between the County, City of Stratford and the Town of St. Mary’s, and the 2014 study on service delivery between the County and its member municipalities.

This review will ensure residents are being served by an efficient, cohesive, accessible and comprehensive service delivery model.
