The Corporation of the County of Perth invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide professional weed and tree inspection services for properties under our management. The successful proponent will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying issues, providing recommendations, and documenting findings in accordance with applicable legislation, municipal bylaws, and industry best practices.

The purpose of this RFP is to retain a qualified contractor to perform routine inspections to identify:

• Noxious and invasive weeds.
• Hazardous, diseased, dying, or dead trees.
• Trees requiring maintenance or removal.
• Vegetation encroachment affecting public safety, infrastructure, or property.
• Compliance with applicable environmental regulations and municipal standards.
