The purpose of this tender is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for the supply the delivery of OPSS compliant winter sand; and the mixing and stacking/stockpiling of winter sand at the operations centres listed within this tender document over a two-year period commencing on the dates as specified.  The tender is inclusive of all labor, equipment and materials required to complete the works as described within this tender document.
