The purpose of this tender is to solicit bids from manufacturers or authorized dealerships for the County of Perth to procure one (1) 2025 or newer, unused, new 1/2 Ton 4x4 Crew Cab Pickup Truck, as specified in the bid details equipped with either a gasoline or hybrid engine system. 
To ensure that County fleet investments align with its sustainability and emission reduction goals, the County wishes to receive Vendor pricing, where possible, for the supply of hybrid vehicles when procuring fleet assets. The County has a vision to follow industry leadership in sustainable transportation by transitioning to an electric and hybrid light-duty vehicle fleet, where practicable, endeavoring to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, fuel costs, and improve local air quality.
For this procurement, the County wishes to receive pricing options for Hybrid and/or Gasoline Engine/Powertrain Systems conforming to specifications listed. Selection of the successful bidder will be dependent on budgetary impact, and may not necessarily be awarded to the lowest bidder.
