The County of Perth is undertaking the renovation and addition of the 5 Huron Street building to centralize and accommodate administrative and public services to better serve the needs of the community.  5 Huron Street building is situated on the Courthouse Campus that is considered within the Heritage Conservation District of the City of Stratford, Ontario.

The scope of this project is to renovate the existing 5 Huron St. building’s main and lower level. The lower level will become accessible via an addition of an elevator. The area between the 5 Huron Street and 1 Huron Street (The Courthouse) is to become the addition to the 5 Huron facility providing accessible access to both buildings. 

The County of Perth is inviting proposals from qualified Project Management firms (hereinafter referred to as the “Proponent”) with the proven skills, resources, and relevant experience to carry out the services described in the Scope of Work section below. This RFP is being used to select a qualified project manager to provide project management services for the renovation and addition of 5 Huron Street, Stratford, Ontario.
