Description:  This proposal seeks to engage an individual consultant or firm that is able to develop and deliver leadership and management training sessions designed to further the professional development of County managers.  The aims of the training is for managers to skillfully develop high performing individuals, teams and lead programs.  The training should address core competency development, provide practical guidance using real-life scenarios and provide time for reflection and learning from others.
