Description: 

The purpose of this tender is to solicit unit rate bids at a price per tonne for the supply, delivery, treating/mixing and stockpiling OPSS compliant Winter Sand for the 2026/27 and 2027/28 winter seasons. 
Sand supplied under this contract will support winter maintenance operations at the Milverton, Stratford, Mitchell and Rannoch (Perth South) Yards and will be utilized for winter maintenance programs of the County of Perth, Township of Perth East, Municipality of West Perth and Township of Perth South.
