The Corporation of the County of Perth (the “County”) invites qualified individuals (Registered Professional Foresters) or firms to submit qualifications for the provision of Appeal Services related to the administration and enforcement of the Corporation's By-law to Regulate the Destruction or Injuring of Trees in Woodlands in the County of Perth #4075-2026 (the “Tree Injury By-law”). The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to establish a roster of qualified and registered professional foresters who may be retained, on an as-needed basis, to independently review appeals or challenges relating to Certificates (Compliance and Non-Compliance Certificates) made by the County’s Municipal By-Law Enforcement Officer (Registered Professional Forester) under the County’s Tree Injury By-law. |
